1.1 This agreement is a contract between VIP members (referred to as "members") and Beijing Macintosh Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Macintosh") regarding the use of automatic renewal fee collection services provided by Macintosh (referred to as "this service"). This agreement describes the rights and obligations between Macintosh and members regarding the use of this service and related aspects. "Member" refers to a natural person who has completed all the procedures to become a Macintosh member and uses the membership services provided by Macintosh under the relevant usage rules of Macintosh. This agreement constitutes a prerequisite for members to use the services provided by Macintosh, and Macintosh has bolded or otherwise reasonably prompted members to focus on the exemption or limitation of liability clauses in the agreement. Both parties confirm that the aforementioned clauses are not the "exemption of their own liability, aggravation of the other party's liability, exclusion of the other party's main rights" clauses stipulated in Article 40 of the Contract Law, and both the user and Macintosh recognize their legitimacy and validity. Unless the member accepts the terms of this agreement, the member has no right to use this service. The member's choice to use this service shall be deemed as agreeing to accept the constraints of various terms of this agreement.
1.2 Macintosh has the right to modify the service terms at any time. Once the service terms are changed and modified, Macintosh will announce them on the relevant pages, and the modified content will take effect and be implemented 10 days after the announcement; if the member does not agree to any modification of this agreement, the member can cancel the automatic renewal function; if the member continues to use it, it shall be deemed that the member has accepted all modifications of this agreement.
1.3 Members must have corresponding rights and behavior capabilities when using this service, and be able to independently bear legal responsibilities. If the member is under 18 years old, the member must use this service under the supervision of parents or other guardians, and the use of this service is deemed to have obtained the consent of parents or other guardians.
2.1 This service is based on the member's need for automatic renewal. Under the premise that the member has already opened this service, it avoids the member's loss caused by negligence or other reasons that fail to renew in time, and is launched. The service authorizes Macintosh to deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of the member's own recharge account, the third-party payment account bound to the member's account, bank card, communication account (collectively referred to as the "account") when the member's validity period is about to expire, and the billing cycle includes but is not limited to monthly, quarterly, annual, etc. Members can choose the billing cycle displayed on the Macintosh platform according to their own wishes. The premise of this service is that the member has bound his Macintosh member account with the above accounts and can successfully deduct money from the above accounts.
2.2 Automatic renewal specifically refers to, based on the premise of 2.1, Macintosh collects the fee for the next billing cycle from the above accounts, and the member needs to ensure that Macintosh can successfully deduct money from the above accounts. Responsibility for renewal failure due to insufficient balance in the above account, the member shall bear the responsibility, and Macintosh has the right to interrupt/terminate the corresponding member rights and services.
2.3 If the member chooses to activate automatic renewal, it is deemed to authorize Macintosh to issue a deduction instruction to the account, and agrees that the account can deduct the fee for the next billing cycle based on the deduction instruction issued by Macintosh, without verifying the member's account password, payment password, SMS verification code, etc., in the case of information from the account. Deduct the fee. Unless the member actively cancels the automatic renewal, the member's automatic deduction authorization to Macintosh is irrevocable. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, Macintosh will not refund any fees paid by the member in any way.
2.4 When members enjoy this service, they shall be bound by all the terms and conditions of this company's "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Use" as well as related sub-agreements, page descriptions, or normative processes. When a member uses this service, the member's use behavior is deemed to be an agreement to the service terms of this service and various announcements issued by Macintosh for this service. In case of conflict between this agreement, "Privacy Policy", and "Terms of Use", this agreement shall prevail.
2.5 The services provided by Macintosh to members are limited to the use on the Macintosh platform. Any behavior that separates the services provided by Macintosh from the Macintosh platform by means of malicious cracking and other illegal means does not belong to the service stipulated in this agreement. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the perpetrator, and Macintosh will pursue the legal responsibilities of the perpetrator according to law.
3.1 Macintosh is responsible for providing members with specific inquiry methods regarding the specific situation of automatic renewal charges, but is not responsible for printing relevant invoices and/or forwarding them to members.
3.2 Macintosh will send automatic renewal reminders to members via mobile phone text messages or other means before the member's validity period is about to expire. If the next billing cycle fee is deducted from the member's above account, the deducted amount will be recorded in the member's payment record on the day of deduction, and the member's validity period will be extended accordingly. Once the deduction is successful, Macintosh has the right to immediately collect the fee and does not provide refund services.
3.3 In case of errors in the deduction process, Macintosh and the member shall cooperate closely to identify the causes, and each shall bear the losses caused by their own faults; if losses are caused by unequal faults of both parties, both parties shall bear corresponding responsibilities according to the degree of fault; if losses are caused by joint faults of both parties but cannot distinguish their own faults, both parties shall share the responsibility.
3.4 Macintosh may change or modify the relevant service content, rules, and terms of this agreement according to its business development or technological upgrades. Macintosh will inform users of the relevant changes or modifications by announcing them on the Macintosh relevant pages or other appropriate locations, but is not obligated to make separate notifications. The above announcement is deemed to have been delivered to users from the date of sending by Macintosh. If multiple notification methods coexist, the delivery time is based on the earliest sending method. If a member does not agree to the modification of this agreement, the member can cancel the services already obtained and stop using them; if a member continues to use the services provided by Macintosh, it shall be deemed that the member has accepted all modifications of this agreement.
3.5 This service is voluntarily chosen by the member whether to cancel it. If the member chooses not to cancel, it is deemed that the member agrees that Macintosh has the right to continue to make periodic deduction attempts according to certain rules. Once the deduction is successful, Macintosh will open the next billing cycle membership service for the member.
3.6 If the service price of Macintosh changes during automatic renewal, the currently effective price displayed on the Macintosh platform shall prevail.
3.7 Macintosh does not charge any additional handling fees for members to open this service, but Macintosh has the right to decide whether to charge for this service itself or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees according to business needs or market changes, and announce it on relevant pages to members.
3.8 If a member renews within the valid period, the valid period will be extended based on the original service valid period.
3.9 Members understand and agree that the authorization of Macintosh's deduction authority will be regarded as the member's own recharge behavior. If this causes any loss to the member, the member will not claim any rights against Macintosh and its affiliated companies or hold them responsible.
4.1 This agreement shall come into effect from the date when the member chooses to accept or use this service until the termination of this service/cancellation of the membership qualification by the member, unless Macintosh announces otherwise.
4.2 Members have the right to choose to terminate this service at any time in the member account settings. After the termination of this service, Macintosh will stop providing this service to the member.
4.3 The instructions entrusted to Macintosh for automatic renewal deduction by the member before choosing to terminate this service remain valid, and Macintosh will not refund any fees deducted based on this instruction, and the member shall bear the relevant responsibilities and losses.
4.4 Macintosh has the right to suspend or terminate this service due to its own business adjustments, price changes, etc. Once this happens, Macintosh will notify members by announcement.
If either party breaches the contract, the non-breaching party has the right to obtain compensation or damages through the breach resolution method agreed by both parties.
Macintosh and members shall resolve any disputes arising from the performance of this agreement through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the People's Court of Beichen District, Tianjin City for litigation resolution. The interpretation, effectiveness, and implementation of this agreement and other related issues shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

The company has the right to interpret and modify this agreement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
